FREE NEXT DAY DELIVERY! This incredible value lean to greenhouse is 4'2"x6'4" and features green finish aluminium with twin wall polycarbonate safety glazing. The door is in the 4'2" wide wall. A free roof vent provides ventilation and a sliding door provides access. The rear height is 7'6" with the optional base plinth and just 7'1" without it. This is lower than most other lean to greenhouses so it can be fitted at more sites. The first two pictures show the greenhouse with optional base plinth, which makes installation easier. The other pictures show close up views of the polycarbonate glazing, the base plinth and the optional downpipe kit. Detailed fitting instructions are supplied for easy DIY self assembly. TELL US WHICH DAY: You need to tell us when to deliver, whichever option you choose. We cannot deliver unless you tell us which day. You can select a delivery day when you order online or if you order by phone. Alternatively, you can order without specifying a day and request delivery later by phone or email.

NEXT DAY DELIVERY: Next day delivery is available throughout mainland England, Wales, southern Scotland and central Scotland. We deliver the next working day if requested before 12 noon. For example, to request delivery on Monday just contact us before 12 noon on Friday.

DELAYED DELIVERY: You can request a delivery day weeks in advance or you can wait to choose a delivery day later. We can deliver on any weekday of your choice, just contact us before 12 noon the day before.

SCOTLAND: Delivery is normally next day to all mainland addresses in AB, DD, DG, EH, FK, G, KA, KY, ML, PA1-19, PA21-23, PA35-36, PH1-18 and TD postcodes. Delivery is 2-3 days to mainland and offshore addresses in all other postcodes.

OFFSHORE ISLANDS: Delivery is normally next day to the Isle of Wight. Delivery is within 2-3 days to the Scottish Islands, the Isle of Man and the Scilly Isles. Delivery to the Channel Islands is currently price on application.

IRELAND: Delivery is within 2-3 days throughout Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. To see the correct prices in Northern Ireland enter your BT postcode. To see the correct prices in the Republic of Ireland enter the fictitious postcode BT99.

2-3 DAY DELIVERY: In some areas next day delivery is not possible. 2-3 day delivery is the only option in Northern Scotland, the Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, the Isle of Man and the Scilly Isles. In these areas the AM before noon and Saturday delivery options are also not available.

AM DELIVERY - BEFORE NOON: This low cost option is available at any mainland address in England and Wales. The AM delivery option is also available in Scotland to mainland address in AB10-16, AB21-23, AB24-25, DD, DG, EH, FK1-18, G, KA, KY, ML, PA1-19, PH1-14 and all TD postcodes.   TWIN WALL POLYCARBONATE: Twin wall polycarbonate glazing is far stronger than the flimsy single skin polycarbonate sheeting supplied with other greenhouses. Twin wall polycarbonate is virtually unbreakable and easy to handle, so its safe for the whole family. It provides good insulation from frost and maintains a more even temperature for better plant growth. Twin wall polycarbonate also diffuses light to prevent scorching.

  POWDER COATED ALUMINIUM: The powder coated finish is more attractive than the stark silver grey colour of mill finish aluminium. It also has excellent weathering properties and retains its gloss and colour superbly. A good example of the finish achieved with powder coating is the finish on your washing machine, which is very similar to our Gardman powder coated greenhouses. The optional Gardman base plinth is also powder coated to match the greenhouse frame.

  BASE DIMENSIONS: The external Gardman base plinth is 1920mm wide x 1273mm long x 130mm high. An alternative base can be made using timber, metal, bricks or concrete. It should be made to the same size as the base plinth.

  TIPS IF HEIGHT IS RESTRICTED: The greenhouse cill features a lip which is designed to overhang the edges of the base for drainage purposes. The cill also doubles as a sliding door guide. At sites where height is restricted the base or plinth can be partially buried in the ground with as little as 12mm above the surrounding ground. The aluminium base plinth is prefabricated to the correct size. Alternative bases whether concrete, slabs or brick must be made to exactly the same external dimensions as the prefabricated base plinth and no larger.

  LENGTH AND WIDTH: In the SIZES & PRICES chart the first dimension listed is the projection and the second dimension is the length. The projection is measured from the existing building. All sizes quoted are the external greenhouse sizes unless stated otherwise.

  HALF PRICE BASE PLINTH: The optional Gardman base plinth is currently half price compared with the price when purchased separately.

  BASE PLINTH: The optional Gardman base plinth makes installation much easier. It can be placed on any flat and level surface incuding soil, gravel, concrete or paving slabs. The Gardman base is green powder coated to match the greenhouse frame. An extra green coat is added after cutting and drilling so there are no bare metal edges which ensures greater durability.

  BASE ANCHORS: Base anchor pegs are provided to fix the base plinth into soil. However if your greenhouse is sited on concrete or slabs it is advisable to fix the base plinth down. We offer base anchor fixing kits as a low cost option or the base can be secured using screws and wall plugs. In less sheltered locations it is advisable to install the greenhouse on a concrete or paving slab base and to secure it in place with suitable fixings.

  VENTILATION: Additional ventilation will improve the air circulation through the greenhouse for better growing results. Automatic openers react to heat to ensure that in hot weather the window will ventilate in your absence. A Gardman low level louvred ventilator will provide a healthy air flow through the greenhouse to ensure improved growing conditions and better crops. You should consider which plants you may grow because some plants such as alpines require more ventilation than others.
